Bespoke printed card packaging

Custom made creative card packaging for your CDs, cassettes, MiniDiscs, VHS or any other items

If you require a custom packaging idea to help your products stand-out then we have a bespoke service to suit where we will design and cut either a white box (unprinted) version of your packaging or a fully printed version of your packaging and send you the physical sample to check. We charge either £50+VAT for a white box physical cut and glued version of the packaging with no printing on, or £100+VAT for a fully printed cut and glued sample, with a gloss or matt laminate also applied if you like.

We use a 270-300gsm white gloss card for all of our production, but this is often double-walled or reinforced for rigidity where the design allows. The use of card may allow you to reduce the use of plastics in the packaging whilst still creating a unique and creative packaging option.

Having seen your sample, if you then wish to proceed with a production run then we can offer a low unit price for larger runs and if you then wish to use the same packaging design and dimensions for future product releases then there will be no setup cost involved for those future runs if physical posted samples are not required, helping to reduce the cost of further production runs whilst still using your custom packaging.

Our designer will work with you on the specs and dimensions and will also provide you with a PDF cutting shape of the final product that you can retain and use as you choose.
