Custom cassettes in folding card boxes wound to the length you require for orders of 20 or more
For something more complex and intriguing than standard cassette O-cards these Maltese cross cassette boxes, make a very creative all-card (so can be 100% recycled) packaging option. They have two initially hidden fold-out inner panels, so plenty of printing space and come as standard with full colour printing on all outer panels, plus one side of the hidden inner panels, however you can also upgrade to double sided (4/4) full colour printing throughout if you wish, so that every part of the Maltese cross packaging is printed.
The card stocks available for the Maltese crosses are standard gloss, smooth matt, recycled (slightly rougher, a little off-white with a flew flecks), and brown Manila (a rough texture and brown in appearance). They are all priced the same and vary between 300-350gsm in card weight, but if you want us to use anything other than a plain white matt card then please notify us when ordering.
We can provide small runs of high quality cassettes with your own audio and artwork on for quantities of just 20 tapes or more. We have tape shells available in over 80 different styles or colours (click to view our PDF cassette tape shell colour guide) and they are all priced the same.

Laminate options for the digipaks
As standard the digipaks are supplied with no laminate coating applied, so a semi-gloss finish, however we can coat them in either a gloss or matt plastic laminate. The lamination makes the digipaks far more durable, stronger and more resistant to liquids. In the case of the gloss laminates the colours are enhanced with blacks looking deeper and colours richer overall. With matt lamination, finger prints do not show up at all, but colours are not quite as deep and appear a little lighter than either the uncoated or gloss options. Please select the relevant option from the Lamination drop down above if you would like a matt or gloss laminate, otherwise they will be the standard semi-gloss finish (used for most orders).
Do you need a barcode?
If you will be selling your discs through a retail store then you will probably need to register a unique barcode for your release and apply it to the rear outer artwork of your product to make it possible for them to sell via their product barcode scanner.
In Europe we use the EAN 13 barcode system and in North America the UPC system is used. We can register an EAN 13 barcode for you and embed the barcode graphic within your disc packaging artwork. The only information that we will require from you will be the name of the band/artist and the title of the release, then just leave a suitable space in your artwork and we will register the barcode and add it to your artwork for you.

Have you considered NFC tag stickers?
If you would like customers to be able to tap your cassette tape, CD, USB, VHS or just about anything else on their Android or Apple phone to open up a web page, music video, specific Spotify artist page, album or track then just include NFC (Near Field Communication) tag stickers with your order and we can then apply them to your product.
These tags measure 19mm x 12mm in size, use an NTAG213 chip with clear PET and a strong adhesive back. They have a strong field for their size and are very durable.

How to place an order
An order can be created by selecting the required product options above and adding them to your order. If you have your audio and artwork files ready, you can upload them at this stage. This process will generate a quote, which will be emailed to you and our admin team. No payment is required at this point.
A member of our team will then be in touch, generally within 1-2 working days, to check your quote and artwork and discuss your order. Should you then wish to proceed, they will email you an invoice for payment before we start production.
If you wish to upload your files at a later date or have any issues uploading via our website, you can also send your files to us via WeTransfer.
